About Our Builder Introductions Service
Building a natural swimming pool requires specialist knowledge that goes beyond traditional pool construction. Once your design is ready, we introduce you to independent builders from our network who understand biological filtration systems.
The builder is responsible for construction. They provide their own quotation, site survey, technical design, warranties and building services under a separate contract directly with you. Lume's role is to prepare your visualisation and design and to make the introduction — we don't carry out the construction ourselves.
